Customer Start-Up Process:

  1. Determine what your needs may be in the field of drug testing:
    • Decide why you need drug testing and what exactly you may need to test for
    • Establish an ordering physician and contact person for ongoing communication
    • Determine result delivery method – fax, us mail, express mail, online reporting, direct transfer to clients’ EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
    • With the assistance of our customer service and sales team, complete all necessary paperwork including Service Agreement
  2. Obtain all supplies and materials necessary to begin the collection, transportation, and processing of specimens:
    • Willow supplies all materials and shipping necessities
      Materials supplied to customer by Willow:
      • Collection Cups
      • FedEx Shipping materials and shipping labels
      • Chain of Custody forms
      • Referral Forms
      • Supply Re-Order Forms
      • Willow Contact Sheet complete with a contact person for each department
      • Contact information of our PhD Level, Board Certified Toxicologists who can assist the customer with any question they may have, as well as interpret results
  3. Familiarize yourself with the employees and processes of Willow Laboratories:
    • Meet our trained collectors and supervisors
    • If the customer chooses to do so, begin on-site training and education of employees to better understand the field of drug testing and all of the capabilities that it has to offer.
