Results Reporting

Patient test results are available in the following formats:

• Secure Online Reporting: By using Willow’s online reporting system you can quickly view your patient's drug testing results and history in ‘real-time’. The online system will help you note any trends in their testing patterns. You can review secure results from any internet connection.
• Fax: We can directly fax results directly to your office. This ensures privacy and security.
• Email: We utilize email reporting to quickly offer results directly to your inbox.
• US Mail: Upon request, we will use this delivery method. Please note, however, we will not send test results to a Post Office Box.
• Express Mail: When requested, Willow Laboratories will expedite delivery of results using express shipping
• Initial lab results are available 24 hours after the lab receives the specimen, with confirmation testing results available just another 24 after that.
• Results can be transferred directly to a clients' EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
