Education and Training
At Willow Labs, we are fully dedicated to providing the best possible education for our clients, employees, collectors and supervisors. Since 1999, we have been at the forefront in educating our clients on the nature and interpretation of drug testing no matter the geographic location or type of facility. Since that time, we have been offering various continuing education courses held either at Willow Labs, or at the client facility. Certificates of training are presented to the attendees after each training seminar. Furthermore, Willow Laboratories has a unique, one-of-a-kind computer software program that incorporates WebEx and Webcam training. This program connects the client directly with board certified toxicologists for both one-on-one and group training on the interpretation of laboratory results. Our toxicologists are top in the field and present papers in major forensic toxicology conferences around the world. These same professionals are available to you 24/7 to answer any questions that you may have. In addition, our unique computer program has sections inherent in it that clients can quickly send their questions via a tele-email interface that notifies the toxicologist of the question on his or her cell phone. Finally, Willow maintains an extensive library of papers and articles relating to drug testing, which is always at the disposal of our clients.
