Cross Progam

Willow takes pride in offering our own Cross Reactivity computer software program. One of the only computer programs of its kind in the industry, the cross program maintains a wide range of capabilities that can prove to be immensely useful to our customers. Written and created by our own board certified toxicologist and lab director, Dr. Lou Traficante, the Willow Cross Program holds the following features:

  1. A cross reactivity list for our clients to reference so they can see which medications will come up positive for which drugs. This aids our clients and determining whether their patient is positive for an illegal substance, or if it is simply their normal medication coming up as a positive drug test.
  2. A list of slang terms used for drug names, drug use, and other related fields.
  3. A drug definition list complete with descriptions and classifications of each drug that we test for.
  4. A drug detection time chart which displays the detection time of a drug in a patients systems for all three testing methods: Urine, Hair, Saliva
  5. A Webcam that allows for our toxicologist to do webinars for all of our clients.
  6. An “ask the toxicologist” feature where our clients can simply type in there questions and the question is transmitted directly to the cell phone of the toxicologist, triggering an immediate response.
  7. A link to access test results.
  8. A drug reference page that gives the background information of all major narcotics.
  9. A link to all of the forms that Willow distributes. This feature eliminates a phone call to order or obtain more forms. Instead the client can simply access this link and print the forms directly from this page.
  10. A supply re-order page. From this page, we eliminate the client from having to manually fill out a supply re-order form and fax it to us. Instead, the clients can re-order supplies directly from this page. The order will go straight to our inventory manager who will then ship out the supplies.
