Our program has been using Willow Laboratories now for over 3 years and really only have good things to say about the company! They are very responsive to our needs when called upon and are always only a phone call or email away! One of the most important components of their program has been a series of on-site trainings covering topics such as collections, analysis and interpretation of results. This has been extremely useful for staff in gaining a better understanding of drug testing. Their computerized Cross Program is a great resource to identify reactions across street and legal drugs.
